House of 86 – Returns & Refund Policy

At House of 86, every piece is selected with care and craftsmanship in mind. Our private label House of 86 boots are handmade. As an online-only boutique, we kindly ask that you review our return policy prior to completing your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    •    Unworn and unused

    •    In pristine condition

    •    Free of scuffs, marks, creasing, or scent

    •    Returned in original packaging

Boot Return Standards

Boots may be tried on indoors only, on clean and soft surfaces.

Returns will not be accepted if boots show:

    •    Any sole wear or scuffing

    •    Creasing beyond normal try-on

    •    Outdoor use of any kind

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Refunds

    •    Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

    •    Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

    •    Refunds are processed after the return is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Items returned after 15 days of delivery

    •    Worn, altered, or damaged merchandise

    •    Final sale items (if designated)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as House of 86 is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

How to Begin a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at houseof86co@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery and include your order number.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
